The 2024 Jecheon Korean Air Cup Club Volleyball Tournament, co-hosted by the Korea Volleyball Federation (KVF) and the Jecheon Volleyball Association, and sponsored by Korean Air, Jecheon City, Jecheon City Council, and the Jecheon City Sports Association, has come to a successful conclusion.
The 2024 Jecheon Korean Air Cup Club Volleyball Tournament, which was held for the first time this year, is one of the seven initiatives announced by the Korean Volleyball Federation in July last year to improve the health of the domestic volleyball system, run a more advanced league, 스포츠토토사이트 and increase international competitiveness.
A total of 46 teams and more than 700 players and coaches from club volleyball organizations participated in the two-day tournament from Saturday, March 16 to Sunday, March 17, showing off their skills.
As a result, Cheonan Hyundai Capital won both the men’s and women’s Under-13 titles, while Seodaemun Woori Card took the men’s title and Uijeongbu KB Insurance took the women’s title.
In the U16 category, Cheonan Hyundai Capital won the men’s title and Busan Hyundai Capital won the women’s title, while Gwangju Pepper Savings Bank won the men’s title and Seoul GS Caltex won the women’s title.
The Federation provided transportation, food, and drinks for the aspiring players from all over the country to showcase their skills and talents, and will continue to do its best to provide a positive volleyball experience for the youth.
