AC Ocean Walk, LLC Chairman Bruce Deifik and Ocean Resort Casino CEO Frank Leone released the following statements following the State of New Jersey’s Casino Control Commission’s decision to officially grant Ocean Resort Casino its gaming license ahead of the property’s Grand Opening celebration on 28 June.
“The positive outcome of the hearing is the culmination of a lot of hard work and preparation by so many, and will allow us to open the doors of the Ocean Resort Casino to the public on 28 June, as planned,” Deifik said. “I would personally like to thank the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement and the Casino Control Commission for working with us throughout the licensing process. We are excited about our future here in Atlantic City and look forward to welcoming our new neighbors for what we hope will be the first of their many visits to Ocean Resort Casino.”
“Our team is ready to welcome guests and we strongly believe that we have created something for everyone to enjoy at Ocean Resort Casino,” Leone said. “We are grateful to the Casino Control Commission and Division of Gaming Enforcement for the strong partnership and all of their hard work throughout this process. As a result, the public can now see for themselves what we have worked to create in terms of a welcoming customer experience. It goes without saying that we are all very excited for the Grand Opening on 28 June.”
