“Hard Rock International has supported breast cancer awareness and research efforts around The globe for more than 20 years, and we are honored to extend support to this cause right here in Tahoe,” said Eric Barbaro, executive director of marketing for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe. “PINKTOBER gives us the opportunity to embrace the Hard Rock mottos of ‘Take Time To Be Kind’ and ‘Love All, Serve All’ at the community level by giving back to the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League.”
The resort is offering several ways for guests to participate in PINKTOBER. Throughout the month, the property’s exterior lights, pool lights and Guitar Plaza Guitar will be lit pink. Guests can purchase a $50 upgrade to a lake view balcony room, featuring pink amenities including pink linens, pink towels, pink decorations and accents, with the $50 upgrade donated back to the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League. Only a limited number of PINKTOBER rooms will be available. Upgrades are available per request at the front desk upon hotel check-in.
A portion of proceeds from PINKTOBER merchandise sold in Alpine Union will also be donated, and bottles of pink Korbel Champagne will be available for a special price of $25 at the Sports Bar and Center Bar, with $5 per bottle sold being donated to the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League. There will also be a donation line added to all food and beverage checks in October. Guests who make a donation of $1 or more on their checks will receive a Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe PINKTOBER bracelet.
Revolt Tattoos, located inside Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe, has created custom PINKTOBER breast cancer awareness tattoo art designs, and will donate a portion of proceeds from each PINKTOBER tattoo received throughout the month of October to the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League. The edgy shop, established by TV’s “Ink Master” alums Joey “Hollywood” Hamilton and Walter “Sausage” Frank, has also created breast cancer awareness t-shirts that may be purchased throughout the month, with a portion of proceeds being donated.
Backstage Pass members who are on property on Thursday, 1 October can receive a limited-edition PINKTOBER pin. Guests must go to the promotional kiosk to print their voucher and redeem it at the cashier cage. The pins are available on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. Additionally, every Wednesday and Saturday in October, guests who donate $5 at the Cashier Cage will receive a Ribbon Reveal card for a chance to win $500 in free play.파워볼사이트
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe team members have the opportunity to give back, too. Employees can make donations in exchange for a pink t-shirt that can be worn during shifts on the casino floor all month, and they can also make donations in exchange for prizes, by means of a balloon raffle where prizes will be hidden inside.
