The 2024 No Brand Bae High School Alumni Baseball Tournament, organized by the Korea Baseball and Softball Association and sponsored by E-Mart, will kick off at Cheonan Baseball Stadium on May 28th.
The No Brand Bae High School Alumni Baseball Tournament, which has been held for the past two years to promote socialization among high school alumni teams through fierce competition and a virtuous cycle of alumni supporting active baseball players, is expected to be hotly contested again this year with 33 teams from across the country.
This year, the tournament format has changed. Unlike the first and second editions of the tournament, where each province and region held qualifying rounds, 26 teams from across the country, including the top qualifier from Jeju (Namnyeong High School), will compete in a best-of-26 tournament to determine the winner.
Many legendary stars will also participate.
Jo Kye-hyun, Yang Il-hwan, Lee Man-soo, Yang Jun-hyuk, Kim Seung-kwan, Ahn Ji-jin (Daegu Sangwon), Lee Jae-kyu, Lim Jae-chul, Shim Sung-bo, Shim Sung-bo, Kim Soo-yeon, Noh Tae-hyung, Song Woo-hyun (Bukil), Kim Dong-soo, and Cho Kyung-hwan (Jeju) will be participating in the tournament, which has been nostalgic for baseball fans because of the participation of many legends in the past, Koo Ja-woon, Jeon In-hwan (Seoul High School), Sung-joon (Gyeongbuk High School), Kim Dae-ik (Busan High School), Hwang Jung-rip (Bae Myung High School), Son In-ho, Lee Jung-min, Kim Min-ha (Gyeongnam High School), Lee Hye-chun, Chae Tae-in, Lee Woo-min, Noh Kwan-hyun, Park Jae-wook (Kaesong High School), and Wee Jae-young (Dongsan High School), and many more will be playing for the pride of their alma mater.
The official opening game of the tournament will take place at 11 a.m. on the 28th against Gunsan Sangil High School, the defending champions who won the title for the second year in a row after being crowned the inaugural champions last year, and Jeonju University, 토토사이트 which finished third in the inaugural tournament and has emerged as an emerging baseball powerhouse in high school baseball this year with the Blue Dragon and Phoenix flags.
The finals will be held at the Incheon SSG Landers Field and will feature a celebrity baseball team to connect the dreams and hopes of current baseball players who have not made it to the pros, as well as various events for spectators.

The tournament will offer a prize fund of KRW 30 million to the winning team, KRW 15 million to the runner-up team, and KRW 7 million each to the third-place teams to support the development of baseball at their alma mater, and a small amount of scholarships will be given to active players participating in the final event. The first four rounds of the tournament will be played at Cheonan Baseball Stadium, while the final game will be held at SSG Landers Field in Incheon.
